Who signs most often
How it works
The targets. Every block whose number is a multiple of 2,400 is a target, about every 2 hours. The next 12 are always open, about a day ahead. Nobody chooses them.
The lock. The Picks contract refuses a pick once the chain reaches 100 blocks before the target, so every pick is in before anyone can know who signs it. You can change a pick once, and make up to 30 picks a day (a change counts).
The score. Koinos picks who signs each block in proportion to VHP, so big producers sign more often. A right pick scores
min(3, top producer's VHP ÷ your producer's VHP)
with the VHP from the Producer Race's hourly handicap card at the lock. A wrong pick scores 0. Ties on the board go to more right picks, then the earlier last right pick.
Prizes. Two boards, as in every Knode Games game: Staked (1 VHP or a Knode stake) and Free play (everyone else, guests too). Each week the top 2 of Free play (picks on at least 3 days) win 2 and 1 VHP, paid once the Knode Games vault is live. A week is final 12 hours after it ends.
Fair checks. Results come from irreversible blocks that match on two independent nodes, and the scoring code is public: the page and the recorder run the same file.
