1. What Knode Games is

• The game is free to play. Staking VHP is optional and only needed to share in the weekly rewards.
• Knode Games Swap exchanges VHP for KOIN at 1:1 minus a fee (3% today), paid from KOIN the desk holds.
• Both are smart contracts on Koinos. This website is only a window onto them: every action is signed in your own wallet and runs on the chain.

2. Smart-contract risk

• The contracts are open source and tested, but software can have bugs that tests did not find. The contracts were audited in October 2026, before the October 2026 update (no critical or high findings), and the findings were fixed. The Trust page shows the current status.
• Blockchains, wallets, nodes and websites can fail, be slow or be attacked. Transactions on a blockchain can't be reversed.
• Stake and swap only amounts you could afford to lose.

3. Rewards are not guaranteed

• Weekly rewards come only from the blocks the game's pool actually produces. They change from week to week and can be zero.
• Nothing on this site is a promise of income, interest or returns.
• Questions can be voided (for example when a producer they ask about goes offline). A voided question counts for no one.
• Every active producer can be the subject of a question, including the nodes Knode Games runs itself (the game pool's and Knode Games Swap's) and the operator's own node. No producer is part of more than 4 questions in a week.
• Producers may change how they produce, or their VHP, to steer a result. That is part of the open game. Once a question's answer is decided, VHP moves no longer void it, so a very large late move can still change the final count.
• Until the October 2026 contract update is live, part of each week's rewards is shared by rank alone, whatever the stake, so one stake split across many wallets can earn more there. From the first full week after the update, that part counts stake up to 10 VHP per wallet: splitting up to 10 VHP gains about nothing, but a larger stake split into wallets of 10 VHP or less still counts more there.
• A week's rewards include the blocks the pool produces until the week closes, which can be 12 hours or more after it ends.
• Withdrawals can't be paused by anyone, but they need Mana: your own, and for very large withdrawals some of the game's. Free (sponsored) actions can be briefly unavailable when the game's Mana is in use; paying with your own Mana always works.

4. The swap

• The fee is taken in the same transaction and shown before you confirm. The owner can change the fee, never above 10%; you always set the minimum KOIN you accept, so a change can never make you receive less than you agreed.
• A swap can't exceed the KOIN available at that moment, or (after the October 2026 update) the desk's daily payout limit. Availability changes as the desk produces blocks and as others swap.

5. Your wallet, your responsibility

• Knode Games never holds your keys and can't recover them. Keep your recovery words offline and private.
• Knode Games will never message you first, never ask for your recovery words and never ask you to send funds to an address. Anyone who does is a scammer.
• Only use the official site: knodegames.com.
• You pay your own Mana (Koinos's free, refilling resource) unless the site says otherwise.

6. Laws where you live

• You are responsible for making sure that using Knode Games, holding crypto and any taxes on rewards are allowed and handled where you live.
• Don't use Knode Games if it is not legal for you to do so.

7. No warranty

• Knode Games is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, its creators are not liable for losses from using it.
• These terms may be updated; the date above shows the latest version.
